    The motel lies directly at the main street. Quiet, clean, no smoking rooms. Nice, helpful manager. In 3 min. can you reach a dollar market. No freezer or microwave inside.

    ... at the Cherokee Reservation. It is very commercialised, lots of tourist shops, motels and the casino. We were dropped in downtown Asheville for dinner and went to the Wayside Diner. Finally got to hotel at 8:20pm. Saw the difference of Southern hospitality, they had complimentary cupcakes and cookies and breakfast is included down south.     We got a pretty early start today: the goal was to be on the road between 9:30 and 10 and we did. After we got a picture taken of course. We headed out of Robbinsville on 143 to Hwy 28 S (Moonshiner's 28) to 74 for a little bit before we could get onto 19N.     ... chap at the camp site didn't charge us for the second days pitch so we set off for Asheville and the Rodeway Inn.
    Had dinner in a small town at Fat Buddies before checking into a Rodeway Inn Motel in Asheville. Ashville should have been our lunch stop tomorrow but we decided to make the 120 km drive so we have less to do tomorrow .
    Anyway here we are and thats it for today but we do have wifi.
