... terrible here the drivers have been courteous considering how much time they spend in traffic; we are not made for highly congested areas, didn't realize there were so many mountains around; you never know what city you are in as it is like Phoenix where there are no indications of a city change and their campaign of share the road with motorcycles only works one way as Motorcycles don't wait behind the cars.

Terry has driven 3,218 miles in the JEEP Only.....On to the next ...

Not too much I can say... We made it out alive. Last night was rough. Matt spend all day loading up the truck with some hired teenage help. (Thanks Shane!) ... What was constant was that the meter in the taxi starts at $2,85 which makes me wonder if I sat in it and decided to get out rather than use it, would the sit have cost me $2,85? Once at Union station I then had to catch the FlyAway bus to LAX which is $2,25. Once there you stand under any hotel transfer sign and wait for your hotel bus, wave it down and that costs you $1 in a tip if the driver helps you with your bag. ... trip from here to Palm Springs, Indio and the towns around there. And we may take a few days to go to San Diego and do a few other one day trips. But mostly, I think we'll be parked.

So...blogs will be a little more sporadic...I know, I know, how will you manage to start your mornings without a little vicarious travel? Not that any of you are reading this at work. I'll try to keep you posted if we do anything of interest beyond golf:)
