Had lunch in a quaint little cafe which was a secondhand bookshop. There were rows of coffee cups hanging on hooks each with a person's name above the hook. People go there and have their own cup to use - the cups are all the same - bought from the cafe. I had a sandwich made out of rye swirl bread - looked like a chocolate swirl cake. We have 2 little houses near the waterfront. We can see across Lake Superior to Grand Island. We are sitting drinking wine and beer. Wes is actually drinking Fosters - a present from one of the Kriewaldt cousins who thought he might be homesick for it. It is in a huge can - 750 ml and is brewed in USA. We are looking forward to visiting the National Shipwreck Museum located at Whitefish Point. No WiFi here so will post this tomorrow. Life is ...

We even scouted some future campsites in places where we have not been sure the RV would be able to go. Our suppers have been really interesting as we have been eating whatever has defrosted first...makes for some interesting combinations...and we have not been keeping leftovers as there is no ...

... is today...stopped by the house tonight for us to see if there was anything else missing and he found that the handle on the side door was loose and it broke off in his hand. So he is replacing the handle. We don't know if the thieves broke it part of the way and then it broke or if Nate just pulled too hard. But he is doing all he can to make the house secure and our neighbour is probably going to double his vigilance.... Right Pete?!!!! Stay tuned...for more in this ...
