... quite happy about the rain as they desperately needed it. Even the mountain top received a fresh coat of snow!

Redding is a city of about 85,000 people. Hunting, fishing and outdoor recreation are the main attractions here in Redding. We spent Monday afternoon checking out the city. Tuesday we dusted off the golf clubs which we have not used in a month. We booked a time at the Gold Hills Country Club. It is the only public 18 hole course here. It had some great scenery of ...

Goodbye California

... airports were all marked clearly and I had no problem navigating my way around them. The trip home was fast and painless and I finally got to see Rio. I ordered a chili cheeseburger from the part pony tailed, part head shaved young man with the personality of a rusty nail, hoping that I would not later develop colon blow. He begrudgingly fetched a frozen patty from the freezer, which by the way was in the rundown, my-cushion seat-was-ripped 'dining' area, threw it on the counter next to ...

We will be embarking on our journey in t-6 hours! I am so excited to be going on a road trip with one of my best friends. I can't wait to see what sort of crazy shena****ns we get ourselves into. Our bags are packed and we are equipped; kindly by our fathers; with bear mace, regular mace, a baseball bat and a taser. We also managed to throw in some other essential supplies: two handles of vodka, 3 liters of gin and of course some lemons...let's get this show on the ...
