... Wild Bill Hickok was shot in the back of the head and killed while playing poker there in 1876. Who's Wild Bill Hickok you may ask? The answer is nobody - some idiot; and - Kevin Costner owns a casino there called Midnight Star. Deadwood is a total tourist trap. Main Street is just full of casinos and souvenir shops. The Main Street of Sheridan was filled with local restaurants and bars. We ate at The Wyoming Rib and Chop House. Ribs and a pulled pork stuffed potato were enjoyed by all!

... emergency brake was on in the tow vehicle…checked twice ..just the force of driving into the wind. Amazing. Up, Up, Up we drove. Spectacular views, snow covered of course and very icy at the summit with the wind blowing 75 mph. The rv really struggled in a few places, combination of elevation and steep mountains. Once we crested and started downhill, we both sighed, a big relief. We stopped and let Mazy sniff the ...

... several photos of the building progress. We were able to meet the woman and children who will receive the home, and she was extremely emotional and appreciative of what we were doing. The mayor of Sheridan even addressed us and thanked us during one of our lunch breaks! We were also able to volunteer our services at the rodeo by selling programs. A portion of the proceeds went to Habitat for Humanity. This was a most rewarding experience ...
