... turn, his turn... so on and so forth. At some point in the day, the weather changed from muggy and hot to cold and rainy. By the time we reached Missouri, we had to change at a rest stop parking lot and don our pants and jackets. We all gathered in the parking lot ready for our day of driving. The whole drive was boring and uneventful. The scenery was the same the whole time, big paddocks and a few trees here and there. After we arrived at the campgrounds we quickly set up our tents but the humidity was a killer so we decided a swim was in order ASAP.
