We all slept the second we got in, pretty much. we slept until 5pm. I had a shower and then we went out to find some dinner. Not much to choose from around here, so the kids had MC donalds and we got Indian.

Came back for baths, chill out and bed again at 3am...It will take us a while to get used to NZ time. Our friends in Bali will be up and about! Big wave to you all!

... a little English shop which has proper tasting things like: Marmite, HP sauce etc, we also hope it might have proper Cadbury’s chocolate and not the horrible stuff they have here! Whilst looking for somewhere for dinner we stumble upon an English pub called the Fox and Ferret! It has enlish beers, English newspapers and by the sounds of all the accents half of the UK too! We’ve been away for 4 weeks but it honestly feels like much longer!

Flew into Christchurch on Thursday afternoon. Took a tour of the city, which is so gorgeous compared to Auckland! Its very old fashioned and they even have a tram still running. Its known as the garden city so there is a beautiful river that flows through the heart of the city. We had breakfast in Hobart and then then took the bus to the airport. We arrived to find our flight delayed by two hours, but eventually we took off and landed safely, 3 hours later, in Christchurch. A very cute little sniffer dog sat down next to my bag (uh oh!), and so I had my lovely paper flower lantern from Laos confiscated (you can't take plant material into New Zealand) for the whole time we are here.
