... my shift under Beck and she set me up
doing Barn food. The chooks have a new diet, so that took me until
    morning tea.
On my way to the toilet during morning
tea, I passed an older Australian gentleman explaining native fauna
to an older American visiting friend. “No, you're thinking of the
Tasmanian tiger,” he said. “They're extinct. I don't think the
Tasmanian devil is extinct.” It most certainly ...

We left the lake and joined the Cunningham Highway to Ipswich, stopping again at Aratula on the way, at our favorite coffee shop for a takeaway. We are heading back to Brisbane, parking up on our friends acreage in Eatons Hill for a week. Whilst we have been on the road, several family events have cropped up and we have decide to sneak back and attend them. Firstly we have had some exciting news, not only did Natalie and Vinny get engaged in September but also that ...

walls. It was a great space.

The rest of the building (about four
floors) has conference and private event rooms, as well as a posh art
gallery (Fish Lane Creative Studios) that is open only for ...

    ... Jaz and I didn't give
him a hard time. After we all chopped and cleaned the kitchen, we
    went to lunch.
I felt very social that lunchtime. I
munched my salad and the group of vollies all had fun laughing and
    sharing stories.
After lunch, we only had an hour. Mia,
Jazmyn and myself waited for Liana and Nora's keeper outside the Feed
Shed in the sun. It was another glorious afternoon with a gusty
breeze and full sunlight. You could hear the bustle of the ...

... to our rooms, shower and put a wash on and then meet in our room to have some drinks before going out. I wasn't very hungry so I bought a 'bar snack' of crispy pork belly, which came with a salad and in fact was fairly large and filled me up perfectly ($7.20!). So then off we went to sort ourselves out. We got back to our room and there was another girl who had just arrived. She was going to go out too, and her friends were ...
