      ... She seemed to enjoy it. My ice cream was equally delicious.  We had so enjoyed our meal at the Italian Papa Jayes that a return was called for. We took the house special which was pasta shells filled with scallops,clams and other sea food in a wine and slightly chillied sauce.       ... fill in a couple of hours before we head out this evening. We went for a swim in the pool, then got changed for a bus ride back into town for our boat trip down the Colorado River and dinner. The canyon was pretty spectacular with high sheer walls.       ... along the edge of the Colorado from Moab to our overnight Resort stop were Spectacular. These were right beside the caoch and towered above us to great heights.
      On arrival straight into a Wine tasting with cheese, strawberry's bikkies etc which relaxed one. The winery resort they do reds and some whites from growers in the area. Dinner was out on the deck beside the river.
