          Today was a fairly laid back day considering we had seen all that interested us in Seattle. We slept in a little before attempting to catch up on these blogs!

          First tourist stop for the day - The Butchart Gardens. Blake and I caught the local bus to the gardens - why pay an extra $35 for a shuttle when it costs $2.50 for a public bus that gets you there in approximately the same time!

          ... had an intimate dinner for two at the restaurant on our final night aboard the Silver Shadow. Jini was our server in the restaurant and was so sweet, even checking with me to make sure the Indian dish I had ordered wasn't too spicy. I told her that it was indeed spicy and that my mouth was on fire, but that was a good thing. I like spicy food and I like that Silversea isn't afraid to offer some spicy, flavorful options.

          ... wasn't needed because they sure didn't have any. :-/ I guess they figure they can just hose out the cabin. We went from the fast ferry (no cars allowed) to a bus filled with seniors.
