An amazing day out enjoying the mist off the falls, especially so when the temperature is in the 30s, nature's air-conditioning.

We visited 30 years ago with Nimisha and she loved being in the mist - we missed her very much today.
Things have changed, some parts are a bit tacky but nothing takes away from the splendour of the falls.

The usual sorts of things - the Blacksmith, Carpenter/Cooper, Officer's Cook and more.

Lots of stuff on the War of 1812 - which, strangely enough, ...

... to know that this fun vehicle is conserving fuel, and imprinting a smaller carbon footprint across the country, I’m sure there is more to learn and collect about the lack of environmental impact this trip has comparable to a regular mid size rental car. Maybe there will be a fun graph of this produced on the trip back!

... the subway station we figured out where we needed to go and tried to get tickets for the train....silly English people thinking we needed tickets! After a bizarre conversation with the very rude man at the ticket booth we worked out that the bus ticket included the train. So we got on the train. The hotel was in a district called Cabbagetown and we walked here from the subway. It was now dark but we found the hotel ok and checked in. It was ...
