      ... is not nearly enough (although getting of of bed and putting my shoes on can be a challenge on certain days!). Getting outside my comfort zone helps me grow and better prepare for life's challenges.       I must give more information about that tuna salad sandwich. The flat bread is one of those really soft, slightly sweet pizza bases with a puffy crust. Not some dry Pizza Hut base. And the only shops in the Main Street of the city were hairdressers for black women, a Bail/Bond place (just like on TV) and convenience stores. Bizarre. Enough with yesterday.       So we did get up at 4.45am & Ducko dropped us at the train for a 6.30am departure to Montreal. We googled the Melbourne Cup & heard the terrible news about Admire Rakti. Next train left at 9.30am for Albany. Really comfortable, ************e on it, spent the day writing my previous entry. Scenery once we crossed the border was very different & just spectacular.       Not sure I remember much about the morning before we arrived in Hyde Park to visit the FDR site.
