... for 4 straight hours. Tim and I put on quite the show with our cupcake walk and there was a lot of hard selling at first, especially since a lot of the adults don’t speak English. We were exhausted by the end, but one of my mothers had made a tiramisu for us to bring home (she makes THE best!) so that helped with our recovery.

Just 2 more weeks till our winter break. We finish our second reporting period ...

... terminal for boats to Hong Kong as well as cruise ships so there is a strong western presence. The QSI school where we had our sessions has over 1200 students on it's 4 campuses. There were 2 imported food stores beside the school so it was funny to see our staff pouring over the products to see what was different from our stores. The big ticket item was boxes of cereal at a reasonable price. I also bought a can of pumpkin and some peach jam - great finds!
