... the market gardens, and found a place to eat breakfast. There was no menu though - you just ask for what you want. We saw what some other people were eating, so managed to order that and it was really good.

When we came to the end of the road we were opposite a big market area, so had a look through it instead of going back to the village. I have seen the area from the McD's close by, but hadn't been there before.

The park is quite picturesque set around a series of lakes with calming music being played thru out, but it is activities of the locals that is very fascinating. Local were dancing, exercising, playing games, singing etc. A common game being played is 4 or 5 people keeping a weighted shuttle cock with their feet. Ladies exercise by swinging arms ...

Going though Chinese customs was again an ordeal, being frisked while all your passport and possessions are just sitting there asking to be pinched.

Got my fist flight on the huge Airbus 380 and was given a great seat with heaps of leg room, but when I boarded I found my seat was occupied with an elderly lady supposedly with a broken leg, so I guess that broken leg trumps just long legs. The lady was well attended, assumedly her daughter gave her multiple ...
