    Hello World!

    Today I went for lunch with my aunt. She took me to a super nice dim sum restaurant at a mall called the one (I think that was the name since there was a giant sign with the name outside). Apparently it is a relatively new restaurant. It has a nice view of the Hong Kong side to look out while dining. I think all the restaurant dining areas are on the upper floors of malls so that customers can enjoy a view ...

    - exploring Hong Kong with Sepideh (another school friend and now travelling companion) and taking a ridiculous number of selfies everywhere we went... At the avenue of the (Chinese) stars, on the outdoor escalators up to the mid-levels, sitting on some random steps, on the very steep tram up to the peak of Hong Kong island... Anywhere really!

    ... carry them to the Cathay Pacific terminal, and not trust the partnering luggage service as the flights were not part of the same booking. Would just be too big of a problem if bags didn't show up in Bangkok.

    ... another metor link. Our first initial sights of the hostel were a little worrying to say the least. Think about 1000's of poeple in one block! It felt like we had entered a prison. What the hell had we booked this time?
    After a short panic we darted across the road to K11 hotel (which looked very nice) and was told it would be $3000 Hong Kong dollars (250pound) for 1 night compared to our rate of $280 HK (22pound). We also soon realised all the other hotels ...
