... up and head to Kowloon. Kowloon is an island off of Hong Kong, which is a short ferry ride away. The ferry cost next to nothing, and we were there in 5-10 min. On our way in a taxi to the ferry was the first time we saw evidence of the riots. Lots of police vans, blocked off roads and lots of police on foot. First stop in Kowloon - the Jade Market. ... the green bus all the way round until we got to the sampan boat trip used our tickets although the boat this time was steered by a woman who obviously could not speak English. There was a couple of Malaysians on board who we had met yesterday at the peak tram, being Malaysian they were very friendly. The Chinese boat lady spoke to Malay so I asked her what she said about the floating restaurant and she said was it expensive to eat there and the response was ...

... Hotel and a huge Luxury Mall. We ate at this Japanese Hot Pot restaurant. Ordering is always fun and somewhat of a **** shoot. Thank goodness for illustrated menus. Afterwards we took a ride up the elevator to the 118 floor to see the city view from the rooftop bar called OZONE. The crowded was really annoying, like that ...
