... I could go on for pages about the experience of being here in the Niagara region. It is certainly such a beautiful place and if you can ever get the opportunity to visit please don’t let the opportunity pass. Those of you that have been here would certainly understand what I mean.

We have been travelling with Glestelle and Tom since they arrived in February. We have tried to show them many things we thought they would enjoy, and I am sure ...

The Canadians are very proud of their waterfall, claiming (as Ash & Beth reminded me many times!) that theirs was so ...

They'll drop you downtown, from where you can hop on a bus for a couple of dollars either way. Train-with changes, you can go with Via rail throughout the day. But there's little point booking through them as they'll cost more than Go transit, and unless you take the early morning train and late evening return, you'll be on a Go train in any ...

... a boat and managed to get a pretty good spot, on the top right at the front. This was a great way to see the Falls up close and I would definitely recommend it, but really do take people seriously when they say that you get wet! Of course you get your souvenir blue poncho, but that's nothing against the spray of the crashing water. To sum it up in a few words, Niagara Falls is touristy, expensive, welcoming and ...
