... very futuristic room with interactive pieces telling the story of the Jiangxi Water Resources Institute. They had set up a bicycle that you could ride through the campus as a virtual tour, they had a model of the campus that showed how big it was, and they had walls of information about their school.

Another lovely time was when the rural students who are training in tea arts, were able to give us a demonstration of their ...

At first glance it feels more 'in-the wops' but at 5.5million people we’re far from being in a town. We woke up early in the morning in order to drive out to the ancient villages of Anyi county. By doing this, we missed the crowds and also, I caught my train home right on time.

This is an area of the province where they grow rapeseed plants, same as in Saskatchewan. Leona was surprised that I had seen them before. Lots of people would stop on the side of the road and take pictures in the fields.
