... It's not a supply problem its a demand problem. All the clothes shopping here is westerny fashiony ********. It's not high quality fabric. Chinese people are not looking for that, so it's not available to buy, or when it is, it's not as cheap as it should be.

The sun was very overbearing this day. 2 of the 3 of us got some bad sunburns. I never even thought of it so I opened my shirt up because I was hot, and at the end of the day my entire chest was red, but not very painful. We unfortunately did not have time or energy for one of the bigger sites, even though we walked 3+ km to close to the entrance gate.

them looked like dodgy apartments that had been converted into dingy shops) and
we soon found what appeared to be a super market (It was called Quality Good
Life Shopping) where everything was very strange and in Chinese. I settled for
some odd looking chicken crackers and gum which tasted better than expected… As

... completely soaked all of us. We hung out for a little while, even eventually made it to the Panda exhibit, but we could only catch a glimpse of one panda, which had decided to stay inside and out of the rain. That was a bit of a downer, but still a good trip.
We bused back to the hotel and had McDonald's for lunch. I can't speak for everyone, but personally I hope to have had my last McDonald's for quite awhile. We took a short nap this afternoon, ...
My one year trip is up, China has reached its end. I now must tearfully say good bye. The year passed by quicker than I could imagine and I sit now, in my room back home, reminiscing what was only a few days ago. I'll finish what will be my last blog of China and put a close to a trip of a lifetime.
