Left Albuquerque at 0800 am and headed towards Clinton, Oklahoma for the night. Drove 486 miles today under bright and sunny skies. It was really windy and very chilly low 40s all day.

... airport and museum, which unfortunately was closed. Stafford was the first astronaut to fly a lunar module in orbit of the moon during the Apollo 10 mission. The entrance to the airport has an F-4 Phantom Jet standing guard.
