... we returned to Sharpsburg for a nice lunch at a bar/pub in town. We capped off our meal with a couple of scoops of homemade ice cream at Nutter’s Ice Cream shop, which we seemed to hit before the ice cream happy hour. ... we headed off to bed to read a good book, satisfied we had made the big push through the midwest and now poised to head into Columbus to see my cousin, do some restocking of the larder (Sraddha found a Peet's Coffee store, hee hee) and, hopefully complete the engine service and tire rotation on CharLi, and even get Mr. Toad a bath.

Woke up this morning to fog.
