... something I'd not had before and something totally American. So biscuits and gravy it was. So the biscuits are basically a savoury scone and the gravy is kind of like a cheesy white sauce. We hadn’t put the EZ down on its nose, as we would be relocating to the hangar – a big mistake as I had to hang on to the ‘plane to stop it being blown over as the helicopter began to lift off. ... at the car we decided to move on to another walk, but when we got there it was closed. We then went somewhere else on the reserve where there was no available parking. We then drove around a bit and I happened to see a few bison through the fence line, so we stopped to look at them.
