Our first stop on the road to South America was an overnight in Dallas, Texas on Spencer's B-day. So, I scouted out a famous BBQ place that was close to the airport and our hotel - Hard Eight Texas BBQ was it! We ordered a tray of meat - seriously. We chose a sampler tray of different meat including; beef brisket, chicken jalapeno poppers, spicy sausage, and some beef skewers plus we added corn on the cobb. Everyone's favorite was the beef ...

Boy are we thankful to be home! We made it to the house around 7:00 PM CST Saturday night. I'll leave the drama for later in the post and just continue with the adventures where I left off . . . warning, this will be a super long post to make up for it all. :)

... He gave me some medication for bladder infection. G'daddy took me to the airport and I was able to check 2 pieces of luggage. Flew in coach back to GUA, and Steve and Elisa were on board with me.
