    ... ll head off for that, Maureen's going to the pictures to see Mud! Formal night tonight but not the Captains cocktail party, which is a bit of a surprise. Sorted out to meet up with Erica & Peter tomorrow and head off ashore together. Not too sure what to expect but Halong Bay itself should be spectacular as we sail in and out.     ... It turns out though That when eating funny things you basically have to stick everything in your mouth and spit out all the rubbish. I learnt this sitting next to a lady eating chicken feet. I've also learned that to eat noodles and rice successfully with chopsticks requires slurping and getting your head very close to the bowl. I believe it's the reason all the tables are higher than in the uk, to help shorten the plate to mouth distance. Also saw a ...
