    ... showers had shampoo and a place to put your soap and toiletries and they had real doors and real locks and plenty of shelves and hooks to put your stuff. I took a shower this morning after waking up and it was lovely. Lots of hot water and great water pressure too. So basically, I'm a fan.

    The last thing that went 'wrong' was that I forgot how expensive it was here. I wrote down how much money I owed in HK dollars on my little note ...

    We also passed by Hong Kong Space Museum and Museum of Art. We actually visited the Museum of Art the next day because it was free of charge (all Wednesdays are free).     ... to enjoy our complimentary buffet breakfast, we had 3 plates each! Then it was out to go and see Hong Kong. We got the ferry across to the island, went on the worlds longest escalator, went to a temple, walked along antiques road, went to a street market, visited the zoological gardens, rode the tram up to the peak, wondered through Hong Kong park and finally visited the walk of fame. We also saw a dog wearing shoes! ...

    ... seemingly everywhere. It was a week day, yet crowded. Crowded, yet calm. There were children, and strollers to navigate around. The elderly usually walked clutching the arm of a younger individual. This made it more difficult to negotiate the course, but people were unfailingly polite and passage was smooth. We didn't actually buy anything, but it was a pleasant way to spend the morning. In the early afternoon, we returned to our hotel.

    ... ask for milk to take our pills, it had arrived! WTF we both said. Yep, our waitresses name was Milk. No fancy spelling or French symbols…..just Milk. Imagine the ‘who’s on first’ antics that ensued when we asked Milk for milk. Add in the language barrier and you had one hell of a hysterical lunch!
