... Fortunately by the time we had unpacked the sun was out, so we headed out for a walk.
Hong Kong was bustling and vibrant - we were very pleased to be there again. We had a look around the shops in Times Square and came across a fantastic bookshop/stationer and spent some time browsing.

We were all dying for a shower and just to get home when we landed so that's what we did.
A good drug assisted sleep, and now I'm back at work. Monday is a nice quiet day so I've spent my free time finishing this blog. Wish I had my photos here to load but I'll do that tonight.
Looking forward to making the next photo book now. There's plenty to choose from!
... involved intermittent shifts in the kitchen, interspersed with potato peeling in the lounge and rotations around Martin's flat. Despite space limitations, we rustled up turkey and all the trimmings, topped off with Angela's Christmas pudding, plenty of booze and my customary nap on the sofa! Boxing Day races at Happy Valley were the next outing, with Martin winning 670HKD (about £60) from his first ever horse racing bet of 10HKD!

So, after our adventure with a few students, we headed to the Shenzhen/Hong Kong area, where Alexi and I both had flights out of. He was going to be heading to Nepal to hike with Keel, and myself to Shanghai to meet up with my parents, who'd been hard at work studying the alien language that is Chinese. Prior to our departure, though, we decided to hit up the social city of Hong Kong for one final go at it.

... macarana, magic tricks, singing a bit of 'my heart will go on' and re-enacting the Potter Puppet Pals. Also, I managed to get them to include a panto style part where I (as Hermione) hide the Philosophers Stone on the stage and get the kids to shout if Voldemort comes and tries to steal it. Good ol' panto :')
Nothing much has happened apart from that, learnt the dance to 'the wheels ...
