    ... s like a custard bun at yum char - but the milk tea takes some getting used to, imagine overly brewed tea with sweeter condensed milk and you're getting close...Rice rolls - yum; braised goose - hmmmm and pork knuckle was OK.

    Back on the ferry in the dark and we went past Disney Land Hong Kong!! Tried to get a photo but it was just not clear enough. It is just so magical.... we love Disney!

    Going back to Hong Kong allowed us to see the skyline at night from a distant....this trip just keeps getting better ...

    ... a container of divine chilli oil..absolutely yummy. And since it was a diaphragm-splinting meal we went back to the hotel and I had a nap...
