    We started the day late with a walk to the eponymous food carts in a section right near the old town -( altho they are all over town) basically empty lots are taken over permanently by mobile food carts offering all kinds of hot food esp vegan/ veggie.     I hear it said often that those who travel are those who make it happen by setting priorities. The implication then is that if you want to travel, it's as easy as making it a priority, and thus those who don't do so lack willpower to make it a true priority.
