... to be in good repair. The park we stayed in last night was excellent. There are "rails to trails" walking areas, a very nice municipal swimming pool, several historic exhibits and very nice green lawns. Last night was a good stay. Carol O., we really enjoyed visiting the town that you spent a lot of time in while growing up in this area.

Pulling out at 9:30, the temperature was already 80 degrees with a somewhat higher humidity. ...

... says it got its name from Wichita being the Air Capital of the World. Really??

We spent some "quality time" this evening at a Dillon food store - a chain which is owned by Kroger. Other than that, we didn't do a whole lot, as it was late afternoon before we arrived and got set up. All in all, not much to report!

... well, we do the same thing looking for messages from you...perhaps just like travelers in the West many years ago looked at designated places as they traveled for word from back home! After that we got busy with our morning routine, pulling out of camp at 8:10 with a temperature of 58 degrees, low humidity and high thin clouds. US 60, the road we traveled yesterday and were on today, is a fantastic road. We would LOVE to have this quality of road ...
