... Texas and the IHOP was playing it too during our dinner. The accents here are getting more southern too, but at this stage we are able to understand each other. Sam's ear is taking a while to come right. She is using an application that is removing a lot of gunk, but she is still having hearing difficulty. It's the start of our road trip. First stop is Wichita, Kansas. We headed off on our adventure at 1pm after shopping at Michaels, Petco, Walmart and Target in Omaha. ... I got a little packet with earphones (for the movie), a thing to put over my eyes if I should sleep, AND socks!! I was so excited to see these because my feet were so cold before on the other flight. At one point my hands were cold so I used them as sock puppets and did a play for Kev (he shook his head a lot), good times!

... we will need to be out of our home for at least 3 days. So we have decided to take about 5 days and visit my relatives. I have family in Pittsburg KS and Miami OK. We are also going to visit my birthplace, Carthage MO, (show Rusty the places Marissa and I were reminiscing about). We also thought we would go to Oklahoma City and spend a day touring the city before heading home.
