I managed over the two days to see all of the main features of the park. 8 miles of hiking up and down hundreds of stairs and steep terrain, but I would do it again. Old Man's cave, Ash Cave, Cedar Falls, Conkles Hollow, Cantwell Cliffs, and the Rock House.

versus one with 32% obesity may not seem all that great, but I wonder what the

... as beautiful of country. So green. We spent an hour in a downpour. We looked like "huddled masses" on the roadside as we had been caught with no place to protect us from the opened skies. Yes, very drenched, then we rode around the corner and there was a gas station, oh well.
We were stopped at a crossroads, checking our maps and a woman and her daughter stopped to see if we needed help. She said this area was where she grew up and it is still the family farm. ...

We are still in Wheelersburg, Ohio. We are so tired from travel and preparation to get here that we overslept and missed breakfast. Scott has a terrible cold and his eyes are blood red. He does not feel well at all. I can't tell if I am sick or just mean and mad that I am on this bike again. We checked out, headed to get the local maps needed, and to Scott's wits end, and my joy, we had to spend the night again. I slept like a log, and ...
