... Ag airplane that was hauling loads of fertilizer to spread on nearby fields. That is one cool turbine powered airplane.
So I ended up hiking into town (turned into an exhausting hike) to get some food and adult beverage. Couldn't find a decent place to stay, so hiked back to the airport and slept with the plane on the ramp!

... and Grandpa as we left. We headed back to the coach, hooked it up, and headed down the road.

Our first stop is Lincoln, NE for the night. We got to the campground just in the knick of time as there were a number of thunderstorms in the area. Sounds like there will be some heavy weather in the area during the night. It should be interesting.

... horses. No napping allowed, not then or now! I shot my bike in front of it as a modern update! Sadly when you read the inscription on the rock you find that it was moved from its original site and restored there which kinda makes it a rip-off in my books.
