~Colette~If I am not traveling you can be sure I'm planning our next adventure!
My personality type is C-for curious- Especially when it comes to travel.....
Most of my travel centers around water and mountains and although it's nice to have all the comforts of home, I don't mind "roughing-it."....
No matter if by land, air, sea, or virtually~ I enjoy seeing where the road ends,
and helping others with their travel plans.
!~"Off The Beatin Trak Travel" i~!I am a destination specialist for Costa Rica travel, Washington State, and California.
What I like most about helping others with their travel plans and traveling is seeing people smile,
I am in awe of God's Creations, and always stop to smell the flowers!~
~Being a retired merchant seaman, my husband Jeremy reached his goal of Captain, and sailed the seas for 32 years in the Navy and various American flagged merchant ships. He worked his way up from cabin boy to Captain, hand over hand..and has been to more shipping ports than he can remember!
....What he does remember, and what has left the biggest impression on his heart is how good people have it (in the USA) compared to those who live below the poverty level in third world countries. What he wishes he hadn't seen during his travels is the lack of human dignity, and respect for life in a few of the middle eastern countries.~Jacob~Our youngest son Jake is now in college studying to be an RN...He has been bitten by the travel bug, and has visited more countries than most young men his age.Jacob career will be in medical nursing, and utmost desire is to become a medical missionary in Costa Rica.
He has dedicated the next few years to finishing his RN, and becoming proficient in the Spanish language. This is why Jake is attending Medical Spanish Academy in Costa Rica in 2010-11, and traveling to help us with two orphanages...Jacob is also hoping he can meet a young lady who shares the same dreams as he does, loves the outdoors, kids, and the simple things in life.
<>< Joe and Stephanie <><
Our middle son Joe and his wife Steph have been bitten by the travel~bug and together they love visiting exotic places and photography.~Jim, Jen, Morgan, Taryn~
Our oldest son and wife Jen are busy raising our two granddaughters, and prefer to travel the U.S. visiting Washington State beaches, and National Parks.
Just like everyone in our family, Jim and Jen have captured some fabulous photos, with their latest being Colorado, and Yellowstone!DREAMSMy wish is that someday we will be able to take our sons, their wives and children to Hawaii or Costa Rica and rent a house for the Holidays....This is just one of my dreams that has yet to come true, so I keep praying and I trust that someday, it will happen! I would would also like to travel to Israel.BLESSINGS
I pray for each of my friends and family that the good Lord Bless you, and your family and loved ones. May you feel His love and peace each and every day~
May your hearts be filled with Joy and Wonder as you witness all He has created you to do in life.....We are blessed in our ministry to share our blessings with two orphanages in Costa Rica each year, and help provide for their needs and comfort. THANK YOU!
Leave a comment if you can, sign my guest book, or tell me what you think of my photo journals. Safe travels and blessings to all......
