Hi I am Ray! I am a 27 year old born and raised in Halifax, NS. I started planning this crazy adventure with my love Matt in early 2012 following a bad day at work and many glasses (or was it bottles) of wine.  We kept forgetting about this crazy idea until the next series of wine bottles would make an appearance.  In late 2012 we made this a reality by booking a flight to Cusco for October 15, 2013.

Our original plan was to travel South America for 6 months and work in Australia for a year before settling down in Canada (we are avoiding that thing called growing up!).  With much luck I was offered to return to my current engineering job at home following 6 months of travel.  We decided to just enjoy these next 6 months and return to our homeland (and we also added in a quick visit to Southeast Asia...might as well go big!).

Follow us for updates! First stop Cusco, Peru!
