Athletically, pitching game 4 vs. Wichita in the playoffs this year. Romantically, meeting my girlfriend Heather in April of 2008. Philosophically, realizing the Bible is fiction.
My life has been better in the last 10 years than if I could've written my future at the age of 18 (partially due to lack of imagination, but you get the point). I love traveling and think everyone should do it more because of the wisdom it imparts. Traveling has given me wonderful experiences and indispensable knowledge throughout the last 10 years of my life. I travel to meet people and hear their stories more so than to see temples, castles and monuments. Once you've seen one, you've pretty much seen them all, but to catch a person at a specific time in their life where they'll never be again is something special.
