My friends describe me as
Always ready for action
As Southern California native, I have had access to mountains, desert, and beaches at my fingertips. My first introduction to the outdoors was as an undergraduate on a rockclimbing excursion and since then, I can't seem to get out enough. While in graduate school, I met Yannick and we found that our passion for the outdoors complemented one another and our technical abilities grew exponentially.

Born and raised in the South of France, I studied in different countries (France, US, UK)  in order to broaden my horizons and aquire an international education. Graduating with a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering I first got a job in Detroit, MI in the automotive industry. It is there that I trained and ran my first marathon, a feat that I thought impossible only a couple months earlier. That marathon was a turning point in my life since it made me realize that NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE IN LIFE.
I quickly got enough of Michigan's weather and flat geography so I moved to California where ocean, deserts, mountains, and canyons were calling for me.

We are outdoor fanatics, spending every single weekend exploring the jewels of Western United States and developing our physical and technical abilities in outdoor sports such as rockclimbing, mountaineering, canyoneering, cycling, and kayaking...complementing those weekend adventures with longer expeditions such as Prince Williams Sound, Mt McKinley, Cerro Aconcagua, Elbrus, Mt Blanc, Chimborazo, Cotopaxi, Cayambe, Orizaba, Ixta, Rainier, Sea of Cortez, etc.
We are constantly trying to discover our limits through longer and more demanding trips and weekends have became too short. We therefore decided to go all in: quit our jobs and live the dream, explore the planet while we still can and challenge ourselves with the adventure of a lifetime....a triathlon through the Americas.
