About Garynbrown

English, un poco Espanol
Within weeks of our last child leaving the house bound for college, our dog died. Not happy events, but I was determined to look on the bright side and pointed out to Linda that with an empty house, we could have sex in the kitchen again---you know, like we used to, pre kids. My enthusiasm for that was not met with the same from Linda; she seemed to be quicker to understand that we were beyond that. So, with no kids around, the dog gone and unable to agree on the excitement of kitchen sex, we decided to travel. And so we did. In something less than ten years we have traveled together to over 70 countries. These are our stories.
Although stories from each of our journeys are laid out chronologically, they are not intended to---and don't---cover the details of our travel days and oftentimes many days will lapse between entries. Our travel stories are excerpts from the daily journal I keep when we travel; they are a combination travelogue, my travel insights and, well, just a recounting of those things that happen to us---or more often, the entertaining things that Linda does---when we travel. I hope you enjoy.
