Got on the road jus after 7am this morning.. We were at the Sarnia boarder just before 10 o'clock and it was quiet busy so took us about 40 minutes to cross. The guy we had was surprisingly very nice and let us go rather quickly when he saw we had our green card already. We traveled up through Michigan, where the 3 Great Lakes meet. Lake ...
Beautiful sunrise over the lake this morning in Paradise, MI. Left the hotel around 7am to head to the Berry Patch in Paradise as we were told they opened at 7am. We all pulled up in front of this tiny place, and the "closed" sign was still up. new Ford vehicles with a 20 year, 200,000 MILE warranty!! Unfortunately
we were past it before we thought of taking a picture. Wish that could
be in Canada.

Park road took us next to Lake Superior shoreline, got out of the car-really pretty-calm and clear, clean water. Both surprised that each time we saw Superior it was as calm as a mill pond (unlike Lake Michigan which was windy most all the time).
