    ... picked and prepared for each order. We agreed to sample as many flavors as possible, so we each ordered different entrees to pass and started with an interesting appetizer of smoked heritage pork tenderloin, lamb shank terrine and chicken liver pate. Arctic char, Atlantic scallops, wild black sea bass and hanger steak were our chosen entrees, along with sides of asparagus and bright garden carrots. We finished the meal with rhubarb galette and dark chocolate torte.

Anyway at about 7:45 I meet up with Lesley and now Dan who has come from Portland, where I started from about 2hours previous& we set off for the Common Ground Fair.     ... is that I now sing everyone a bedtime lullaby. I don't know what has happened, but I never use to really sing.
