... The 45US Zipline was excellent with 8 zip lines 2 x Superman lines where you are suspended from your back and you fly like Superman for 1 1/2 kms above the tree canopy. From one platform is a rope where you were dropped to the ground, about 50 meters, something similar to absailing, and the last and final jump was called the Tarzan jump which is similar to Bungee jumping. Two bungee ropes are attached to your harness and you step off a platform ...

... So annoying as in queue at Costa Rica border girl got through with just shoeing proof of accommodation in Panama so felt totally conned and ripped off. Got of bus at Irma around 2.15 (set off at 8) then waited for 3pm local bus to Monteverde. Well that was an experience! Should have put trainers on for one! ... scale of 6 so quite easy and lots of fun! We only went with 2 rafts and had two additional canoe's for safety. We had a lot of fun with everyone in the group and to see the rain forest from the river is amazing!! We saw sloth bears in the trees. They are very cute! Apparently they sleep all day. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sloth_bear .

Our next stop will be Monteverde, a three hour drive from Arenal.

Naughty horse didn't listen to my commands and wouldn't slow down, so after a few "¿que tal?" from the man, and "mal" from me, he let me ride his horse instead. After this I was very happy ...

... at all costs in QT, NZ! I had little belief that I would do it, however once I had traipsed to the edge of the walkway the guides were quick to lock me in before I had the chance to turn around and run for my life. Then the bungee automatically pulls you so as soon as they opened the gate I was gone! 3 second free fall and about 50m high, my scream sounds as if someone is being murdered! It's blood curdling! I'm so glad I did it though, even though I ...
