    A day of "surprises" ... Our story today took us from the cloud forest to wildlife river rafting to the mountain side of another volcano. We started on our bikes -- after another fabulous breakfast -- and rode about 31 km of a fairly easy route, which was very welcome.     ... dinner at a Place called Amy's and turned for a short sleep until our 4am bus to Puntarenas this morning. From there we caught a connection to Quepos, and in Jaco parted ways with our travel companion of the past week to go to our most anticipated treehouse accommodations; Flutterby House.     ... coffee shop so we stopped and had the weirdest ice tea and some very good carrot cake. Headed back to hotel and chilled for a bit. The next activity of the day was a tour around the local coffee plantation. Some people went quad biking but my theory was that you can do that in quite a lot of places so I wanted to do something local to the area.     ... Miami. Talking about the amount of holiday Americans get (a measly 10 days if you're interested), the word revision came up in conversation. Again, to my great surprise, he had never heard the, what I would consider common, verb "To revise" before. I cannae believe my ears! The convo had to be halted as I took another five minute defining the verb revise to another native English speaker. Shocking. Anyway the club was really great and full of locals and so much salsa dancing! ...
