... a u-turn and drove back along the road, looking for a place to eat. After about 500m, a car came straight at me from around a corner. I swerved off the road to get out of its way a I had just noticed the arrow on the road pointing the opposite direction. Yes I just drove 500m up the wrong way of a one way street... ... noise and she tossed and turned all night. It was honestly horrible. Two of our roommates got up in the middle of the night and stomped in and out without making any attempts to be quiet. Needless to say we did not get a very good sleep and therefore we were a bit grumpy when we woke up.

... to get to see the whole island! On magnetic island we visited the koala village and wildlife sanctuary and had a 2 hour tour where we got to feed and hold birds, lizards, baby crocodiles, turtles, snakes and finally the one we'd been excited for- a koala! The tour was so interactive and we really enjoyed it- even the massive snake hanging round our necks which Chris wasn't too sure about to start with!
