      In a large pot with two inches of water, steam the crab for 5-7 minutes. Remove and allow to cool.

      Sit down with some good music and remove the meat. Be patient and have fun.

      Once completed place a spoonful of crab on the crepes and serve.

      ... We'd read about a renowned bakery here called True Grain which turned out to justify the hype and picked up some bread as well as some cheese from Hilary's Cheese Shop. With the addition of some apples and peaches we had an al fresco picnic fit for a king and with a reluctant goodbye set off in the direction of Tofino.

      ... Tofino was a surfers paradise for us great for watching and walking along the many beaches. Cox bay was full of surfers as the waves were huge. We also went to Chesterman beach home to Frank Island which in low tide you can walk to and in high tide it is completely surrounded by water.       ... which Jackie seems to have a real talent for. While we cannot moan about the weather it is a real shame that the rain is so heavy as it will deter us from visiting the city at night. We have all day here and do not have to be on the ship until 11pm.
