... on the other Loveland base (Loveland Valley). We were skiing on Loveland Basin. So we decided to connect at the bottom of Loveland Basin. As they were skiing down to the base - Vienne lost control and went into the trees and hit a tree head on. The ski patrol had to get her out of the trees as she suffered a concussion. They took her via ambulance all the way back to the Denver children's hospital in Aurora. ...

... good thing! Then back to Peak 9, where we ended the day coming down Colombia to Lower American - it was great! We both really enjoyed the blues and greens, and were skiing together! Such a great day - the weather was lovely - sunny and warm, up to about 25 degrees. Back to the condo, changed clothes and headed out. Stopped by Ollie's pub and had a drink before dinner. We woke up excited and ready to hit the slopes. Our cottage is in the perfect location; on Main St and only 1 block away from the gondola.
