    This was a fantastic place! This campground was right next to the Indian River Inlet. Next to the campground was the Indian River Bridge. This is one of the most beautiful bridges I have ever seen. Ever day we used to walk to the beach which was just a short walk from our camp site. We explored this area for two weeks. ...

    ... the distance between the towers was known, observers could determine the distance to a passing ship by having observers in two towers take bearings and then use the known distance between towers to calculate the vessel's distance.

    ... the standard eastern US beach side model of boardwalk with the ocean front on one side and some fancy hotels and a few restaurants on the other. The Atlantic Ocean seems to suffer in comparison to the Pacific as whilst the beach looked serviceable it was unimpressive and the food options for both dinner and breakfast were limited.
