Of course the wind did not co-operate and as soon as we were heading up the Delaware river it switched more west and was once again just out of sailing range. We were not going to get the speed we wanted and we realized we were not going to make it to our planned anchorage until close to 10 pm, so we looked for another place to stop instead. Friday: George went out fishing, it was a nice warm calm day, only small fish caught but good fun. Barb went shopping and swimming.

We had breakfast and coffee and are preparing for the day. I will work from the lobby for a few hours and Ryan may have to go to his testing for work soon. Matt and Jess are still ...

... a drive up to Atlantic City to view the boardwalk then potter back down the coast. AC was not flash. The boardwalk is lined with run down looking gaming places. The enormous new hotel/gambling complex built by Trump (Revel) only lasted 3 years and is all shut-down. The Trump Taj Mahal is very old, tired and empty. Hard to believe that DT has a prospect of being President.

The drive back through Ocean City was pleasant. Good to be back at ...
