      ... before 4. Checked in and went to the gate. Came to the gate two hours before departure, but Internet was free and time just flew by. And I also went to get perfume, I ran out of it in Rio and forgot to buy it at the airport over there.       ... have to readjust... which is ok since we have lost ALOT of strength and speed in the 7 weeks of not training. VERY frustrating... but we are in a good gym which has all the equipment we need. Hopefully we can gain almost as fast as we lost.
