The cold doesn't wanna leave. Temperatures around -25 and a wind chill around -40. We stayed inside almost the whole day. Watching tv. Watching the presentation of Canada's team for the Olympics live. We played some monopoly and just chilled. It's so nice being here, they really take care of me. Serving me food and driving me back and forth. It's better than having all inclusive. In the ...

A pretty lazy day today. I didn't fall asleep until 2.30 something last night. I woke up after 10, stayed in bed till 11. Had a shower. Checked out and left my bags at reception at 12. I continued my walk over to Hockeytown Café. It was snowing and I had the wind in my ...

quickly. It is not until I met Fatima did I feel sad, this person change me a
    lot ...

Planned to meet Graham at his conference centre just next to the station, but got stuck in traffic to went straight there. Said goodbye to Elwyn, honestly loved spending time with him! Will be keeping him updaed with my running progress... Turns out Graham thought ahead and was waiting at the station for me, so said goodbye to ...

I hear my aunt's alarm in the morning. She is up and getting ready to go to work (it’s more like something to keep her busy since she officially retired back in 1997; she enjoys it and the people…probably something I would also consider, if and when I actually retire). Her three dogs are excited and barking a lot. Not much I can do about it so I try to ignore it. Though the bed was comfortable and the sleep good, I can’t seem to settle in ...
