We had a beautiful warm summer day to do a 50 mile cruise down a section of the Hudson River. The Catskill Mountains were in our western view most of the way. They brought us fresh made brownies and pleasant conversation after dinner. ...

    Mulling Over the Upcoming Trip

A travel blog entry by alanjgreenhalgh on May 23, 2014

After spending hours planning a trip over the course of many months, when everything is set up to my liking, two or three days before the trip, I mull over what may occur if the circumstances are right. By "right" I mean if our health is good and the weather fair and sunny, then I have a plan which may turn out to be quite lovely. I am reluctant to talk about it too much as not to give myself bad luck. Yet I always start a blog of a trip with what my expectations are so here it ...
