We drove over to Parnell section and paid for my laundry. I was going to have them deliver it but since we had the car now, I figured we would pay for it in case we were not at the hotel later or tomorrow. We first stopped at Dove Meyer Robinson Park which had a great view of the city and the harbor. The Parnell Rose Garden is here and when it is in bloom, it looks great.

Today was the day I was flying home. It was a 36 hour flight from Auckland to Sydney to London via Hong Kong then Heathrow to Manchester! 1st flight was at 1pm from Auckland International so i caught the airport shuttle from near my hostel to the airport. At the airport it was very easy all self check in on a computer that scans your passport and and prints your boarding card, very efficient ...
... which was built for the Americas cup in 2000 and alsol Albert Park. One of the many best things about Auckland is that despite being New Zealand's biggest city it's still easy to walk around most of it in a day! After dinner that evening we headed back to the sky tower to admire the night sky.
