... rivers and the most unusual rock formation any of us had ever seen!

This rock formation (its name we cannot find), was so peculiar that we were certain it had to be man-made. I mean, just look at it, extraordinary! But it was 100% earth’s creation and it left us shaking our heads in amazement as we continued our scenic drive.

It was also a lot more commercialized than we imagined and to us that was a bit disappointing. We would love to come back and get out of the valley and do a bit more exploring, perhaps when the kids are older we can find the wilderness that we had expected. Still a beautiful spot and there was not too ...

Our gorgeous 'Bessy the bus' is finally ours, after signing over the title we spent an hour and a half in the Californian DMV getting our souls sucked out of us waiting in the long line. The 7 lane highways turned into 3 lanes as we drove out of San Fran towards Sacramento. The RV running perfect we decided to pull into Walmart to get some supplies - something to eat off, something to cook with, something to sleep under. To live out ...
