... skal vi dog lige ha vasket lidt tøj, så vi hænger ud på det lokale vaskeri, snakker med en amerikansk dame med danske aner, nyder ventetiden mens det regner med slud udenfor. Trip durch Kalifornien, Nevada und Oregon
Nach der schönen Zeit auf den Fiji-Inseln ging die Reise weiter in das Land der Burger, nach Amerika. Wir sind am 7.7 um 22h losgeflogen und am selben Tag um 13h Uhr gelandet. Dank der Zeitverschiebung haben wir also einen Tag dazu gewonnen.

A birthday in Disneyland
So it worked out that my (Guy's) 49th birthday was to be spent in Disneyland. I can think of worse places to spend it... I started the day with some truly inventive gifts. I got some personalised Mickey Mouse ears (which I was told I had to wear all day), some salt water taffy and some spicey peanut brittle.
