... a young guy with a Georgia Tech shirt on so he stopped to talk with him. Seems he is off to Tech in the fall. I walked out the side door and discovered there is a beautiful yacht basin there with many yachts parked there. Before we left the ship, we had seen Dee Dee and Mike and they told us about trivia back on the boat at 4 pm, so are going back to give that a try.

... clear as people returned to the ship and we were left with about 50 others with some late sunshine, clear beaches and sea! Reluctantly we left the island, and made it back onto our ship on just about the last barge back. Some more lovely food, and then a walk around the casino and we were ready for the final night's entertainment. Last night we had another good dinner in the restaurant, with the entertainment culminating with the waiters and a small number of guests (including me) dancing along to Gangnam Style. We decided to check out the nightclub again later on but we didn't stay long. Today is a full day at sea as the cruise finishes at Port Canaveral early tomorrow morning. Anthony and I had a short visit to the gym this morning before lunch ...
... fairly impressive amount of tropical fish to be seen. We then split into separate groups and some of us did a bit of sightseeing before getting back on the ship. I enjoyed visiting the old British cathedral near the port. I'll have to upload some photos another time. After a late lunch onboard and trying out the water slide/tube on the top deck the rain decided to come so we had to retreat indoors. We're now just in our rooms getting ready for another night in the dining room. ...

Next to Queen's Staircase there was a government furnished water spigot where people without clean running water could come to get some. T and D met a man named Wayne and his daughter Diana there filling up. D got to help.
We stopped at the cafe nearby to grab an order of conch fritters - yummmmm.
