      ... which was fantastic. We saw the Apollo 11 landing module, touched some moon rock and saw the actual Wright Brothers plane! There were many other highlights which were too many to mention. Considering it was free to enter we couldn't have asked for more. We also popped in briefly to the natural history museum, and looked at the Hope Diamond, the largest in the world. After this we had a healthy lunch of houmous, pretzel pieces and pizza flavoured ...

      ... the windshield wipers … and I thought I’d never get there.

      However, by the time I crossed the Mason-Dixon line into Maryland, the sky had cleared although it was still windy. I turned east along an interstate highway, I was done with secondary roads for the day, and within 15 minutes had arrived at Rocky Gap State Park. I checked in, found my campsite, tried to find a level spot (finally had to bring out the blocks) and hunkered down for the night. ...

      ... one a try, all was going well until I handed the coffee cup to her and she proceeded to lose balance. She flipped out of the hammock and the cup went hurtling through the air, but by some miracle barely a drop of coffee was lost. As one of her assignments required a demonstration video to be produced, we thought this might be a good opportunity so I filmed her next attempt.       ... lawn chair, a big elephant (that I almost beat up some kids to climb), corn hole and tons of fun people! It was great.

      Later we went back to the house and continued a night of card games, junk food, embarrassing moments and other shena****ns, The next morning sucked. I don't even want to talk about it... But that was a LONG road trip home.

      Regardless though! 4th of July in Deep Creek was one ot the best weekends of my life!!! ...
