RV resort with the ultimate sunsets (see pictures). We are camped on the beach for sure. First high tied Claudia started worrying. Our back window gives us a perfect view of the water. Monday we fished from the pier. Caught enough little ones for one meal. Tuesday we took a day trip to "The Big Shoals" on the Swanee River. Great hike except for the ticks Nellie ...

... up on the events of the day. We order a yummy breakfast for a reasonable price and are not disappointed. Further up the road we stop at small post office in Salem, FL so Sue M can mail a package for a friend. ... live up to the name, and the animals and I sure would hate to see Miami style highrises spoil this paradise.

You know a place is untouched when the closest WalMart is 45 minutes away and a real grocery store is almost 60 miles inland. About all that is missing down here are the Jesus loves you signs dotting the highways and biways like in South Georgia. I guess this part of the world is far enough below the bible belt to escape its ...

... remember our adventures in Steinhatchee...a great place to be if you love to fish, love to fish, love to fish...You know you are getting bored when I fall for Tom's practical jokes...today Bev and I went walking. When I returned Tom had cleaned the outside windows of the boat. He then challenged me to a $5 bet that I couldn't get the inside ones cleaner than his outside job. Never one to back away from a challenge, ...
