        Lovely camp site surrounded by huge mountains. Friendly staff and excellent warm facilities. would go again!

        There are four official languages of Switzerland - French, German, Italian and Romani (which only 2 percent of the population speak and it's like an ancient Latin). Our first night in Switzerland is at a beautiful alpine village called Engelberg. For dinner we are going by horse and cart to a farm house to try their local food and hospitality. I'm looking forward to trying the chocolate in Switzerland! Engelberg is about 900 metres above sea level.

        Thurdays, we left at about 9:30 and drove along the water and through the cliffs which was amazing and had a toilet stop then more driving we did 9-10 hours driving today then we stopped in at Auto grill truck stop which was the best truck stop I have ever seen had everything!!         ... to get comfortable and had to resist the urge several times to move the review mirror, I kept wanting to tell Brad he was in the wrong lane but fortunately I have a star husband who quite easily manoeuvred his way into the traffic during peak hour while I got to navigate.         ... found a lot of drunk people so we thought we would join them having a laugh before dinner. After dinner we carried on (but Rachel and I were sensible and only had 2 drinks) although the owners got a bit stroppy about the noise level as the night progressed so eventually we left everyone and went to bed.         ... climb higher all we could see were clouds. The next snow gondola could hold 80 people and it took 5 minutes to reach the next snow gondola. The next gondola could also hold 80 people but this one was a 360 degree rotating snow gondola. (The first ever snow gondola in the world that could rotate).
